About Ezlend
Ezlend is a mortgage and finance brokerage based in Box Hill, Victoria, serving clients in English and Chinese.
We arrange home loans, refinancing, investment lending, car and asset finance, and short-term private funding. Most of our clients have straightforward needs — a first home, an upgrade, a better rate. Some have situations that need more experience: self-employed income, tight settlements, multiple properties. We handle both.
With access to 40+ bank and non-bank lenders, we tailor each loan to the person in front of us, not the other way round. Our service is free for home loan clients, and every commission we receive is disclosed to you up front.
We don’t see a loan as a one-off transaction. After settlement, we keep watching the market for you, and let you know when there’s a better option.

Our office is in Box Hill, but you don’t have to come to us. Through our partnership with Waterman, which runs 20+ workspaces across Melbourne, an Ezlend broker can meet you in a private meeting room close to you — whether you’re in the CBD, Merrifield in the north, Narre Warren in the south-east, or Williams Landing in the west. - Everyone’s situation is different. We listen first, then look across our lender panel to find the loan that actually fits — not just the one with the lowest headline rate.
- Free for you, and nothing hidden
- Using us for your home loan costs you nothing extra. Lenders pay us a commission, and we’ll tell you exactly how much before you go ahead.
- On your schedule
- No branch appointments. Call or email, and a broker will call you back promptly. Evenings and weekends are fine too.
- We help with the paperwork
- No cold checklists. We’ll show you where to find each document, and if you’d like, we’ll sit down with you and prepare them together.
- Straight answers, regular updates
- If something won’t work, we’ll tell you early. Once your application is in, we’ll update you every week.
- Still here after settlement
- The best loan today may not be the best in a few years. We keep an eye on the market for you and let you know when it’s worth looking at a refinance.
